GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the Use of Services Provided by Lasershop.ee
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions (āTermsā) govern the relationship between Balabanlar OĆ, operating the online store Lasershop.ee (āCompanyā, āSellerā, āweā, āourā), and any person using the website www.lasershop.ee (āWebsiteā) or making purchases through it (āyouā, āCustomerā, āUserā).
By clicking the āBUYā or similar confirmation button and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms as well as with the Terms of Purchase and Returns published on the Website. In case of conflict, the more specific Terms of Purchase and Returns apply to individual purchase transactions.
The conclusion of a contract and acceptance of these Terms may be verified by technical means, including server log files, which can record your IP address and other technical information necessary for security and proof of transaction.
All products and services shown on the Website constitute an online catalogue and do not represent a binding offer, unless clearly stated otherwise.
By placing an order and confirming payment, you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. A sales contract is deemed concluded when you receive an order confirmation from Lasershop.ee by eāmail or other durable medium.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in justified cases, including but not limited to obvious price errors, technical issues, unavailability of the product, suspicion of fraud or misuse, or other good reasons. In such cases, we will refund all payments received for that order.
If a selected product is out of stock or cannot be produced or delivered, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible by eāmail or phone. If payment has already been made, you may choose between a full refund, cancellation of the order, or (if possible) replacement with another item.
The contractual language may be Estonian, English or Russian (depending on which language version you use when placing the order).
All prices and payments are in euros (EUR) and generally include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise clearly indicated. More detailed rules on prices, delivery, returns and warranty are set out in the Terms of Purchase and Returns of Lasershop.ee.
II. DELIVERY
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are described in the Terms of Purchase and Returns and on the checkout page of the Website. Lasershop.ee generally delivers goods within Estonia, to EU countries, as well as to the United Kingdom (UK) and the United States (USA), using service providers such as Omniva, couriers and pickup arrangements specified on the Website.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer when the goods are handed over to the Customer, the Customerās representative, or placed in a parcel machine, pickup point, or at the delivery address designated by the Customer.
Lasershop.ee is not liable for delays in delivery caused by courier companies, postal services or other third parties, nor for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Customer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer (or their representative) must promptly inspect the shipment. In case of visible damage to the packaging, missing items or other discrepancies, the Customer should:
note the issue to the courier or parcel service (where possible); and
inform Lasershop.ee by eāmail at info@lasershop.ee without undue delay.
Any person present at the specified delivery address or using the specified parcel machine/pickup point and accepting the goods is considered authorized by the Customer to receive the goods.
If the Customer unreasonably refuses to accept the goods, or cannot be reached at the delivery address or collection point, or fails to collect the goods within the time indicated by the carrier, all additional costs of reādelivery, storage and return may be charged to the Customer.
Where there is a clear mismatch between the goods delivered and those ordered (wrong product, quantity, etc.), the Customer should notify Lasershop.ee as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt, so that we can arrange correction, replacement or another solution in line with the Terms of Purchase and Returns.
III. WARRANTY AND NONāCONFORMITY
Products sold by Lasershop.ee are covered by the statutory nonāconformity rules under Estonian and EU law (usually a 2āyear period for consumers), and where applicable, by any manufacturerās warranty. Specific warranty terms, where provided by the manufacturer, may be included in the product documentation or made available upon request.
If a product shows a defect or does not conform to the contract, you must notify Lasershop.ee as soon as possible, but no later than within the time limits provided by law (and as detailed in the Terms of Purchase and Returns), by sending an eāmail with a description of the defect, order number and, if possible, photos.
Lasershop.ee will handle claims for defects in accordance with the Terms of Purchase and Returns and legal requirements, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the nature of the defect and the circumstances.
IV. PRICES AND TAXES
The prices displayed on Lasershop.ee are shown in EUR and generally include VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price, unless explicitly indicated. Shipping fees and any additional charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
For deliveries outside Estonia (e.g. to the UK, USA or other nonāEU destinations), the Customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may be applied by local authorities. Such costs are not included in the prices displayed on the Website and must be borne by the Customer.
In case of obvious price errors (for example, due to technical issues) Lasershop.ee reserves the right to correct the price and either offer you the product at the correct price or cancel the order and refund any amounts you have paid.
V. CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
Your rights regarding withdrawal from the contract, returns, exchanges and nonāconformity claims are described in detail in the Terms of Purchase and Returns of Lasershop.ee, which form an integral part of these Terms.
In general, under Estonian consumer law, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for certain categories such as customāmade or clearly personalized products. Lasershop.ee offers many customized laser products which are typically nonāreturnable, unless they are defective or do not correspond to the order.
Return shipping costs for nonādefective products are usually borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated in the Terms of Purchase and Returns or in a specific campaign. Refunds are processed within the timeframes described in the Terms of Purchase and Returns (as a rule, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return).
To use the Website and services, you agree to:
provide accurate and complete information, especially your contact and delivery details;
pay for all orders placed by you, including delivery costs where applicable;
